Toyota KATA Practice at LUXOENERGY

In the days following the induction workshop at LUXOENERGY, the selected challenges were assigned to the Learners, and the respective storyboards were posted at the operating locations in the factory facilities. Two operators, two managers and the Factory Director himself were selected as Learners. In this initial phase, the workshop facilitator played the role of Coach, with the aim of this role later being played by managers. During the following days, Coach and Learners worked on the Planning Phase and storyboard construction, collecting data and information about the process and coaching to understand the Current Condition and establish the next Target Condition.
